Near the new Scalo Farini, in Milan, two flats have been combined to create a 310 square metre penthouse, conceived to offer large, bright spaces with a panoramic view over the city. The project, signed by entrepreneur Francesco Nazari Fusetti, focuses on natural light and the presence of nature to create an oasis of well-being in the heart of the city.
The focus of the project: large Oknoplast windows to maximise light, a 15 square metre indoor plant wall, and a terrace with swimming pool, sauna, gym and dining area, surrounded by tropical and Mediterranean plants. Elegant and functional design, living comfort and energy efficiency come together in a modern concept that enhances the continuity between interior and exterior.
